Job Description
The role primarily involves representing TUV Rheinland in overseeing and leading multiple project management assignments in North India. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing and directing real estate and industrial projects for prominent corporate or developer clients. The candidate must possess exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and writing abilities and demonstrate strong teamwork skills. The ideal individual will be highly proficient in project execution and equally adept at driving business development initiatives.

- ■Provide leadership and execute strategic initiatives to enhance and differentiate our Project Management offerings.
- ■Develop a local Project Management team capable of delivering top-tier services to clients.
- ■Lead efforts to ensure positive client feedback on the quality of services provided.
- ■Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
- ■Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■Qualified Civil Engineer with Project Management/Construction Management degree with more than 15-18 years of experience
- ■Core domain knowledge of Project Management in real estate development & industrial development
- ■Good Understanding of Pre-Construction Activities with Cost Management knowledge.
- ■Ability and skills to do Business Development and network.
- ■Leadership Skills in Project Management Firms experience will be preferred
