Job Description
- ■Rotational Program: Immerse yourself in various technical departments, such as Engineering, Quality Management, Testing, and Certification. Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and processes.
- ■Technical Projects: Contribute to impactful projects, including vehicle safety testing and advanced driver assistance technologies. Work closely with industry experts and create technical analyses adhering to industry standards.
- ■Leadership Development: Enhance your leadership skills through dedicated training, workshops, and mentoring. Take ownership of impactful projects, refine your decision-making abilities, gain confidence and learn from senior leaders.

Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical), Physics, or a related technical field
- ■Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and team spirit. Familiarity with CAD or MATLAB is a plus
- ■You are motivated, eager to learn, and opten to international challenges. Your emotional intelligence and social engagement make you collaborative team player with leadership potential
- ■Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
- ■English (level-B2 minimum), additional language skills are an advantage

Arbeiten in Köln
An unserem Standort in Köln arbeiten über 2.000 Mitarbeiter*innen aus verschiedensten Geschäftsbereichen, wie bspw. der Akademie, Mobilität, Werkstoffprüfung und viele andere. Auch unser Vorstand hat hier den Hauptsitz.
An diesem Standort befinden sich zwei Kantinen, die zum Networking bei einem Kaffee oder zum Mittagessen einladen. Auf der 18. Etage befindet sich unser Innovation Space mit innovativen Räumen, um kreative Gedanken und Ideen zu fördern.
Eine Vielzahl an Parkplätzen ermöglicht eine stressfreie Anreise zum Arbeitsplatz. Unsere Kita am Seehaus erleichtert die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen.
