Job Descriptions:
1. Supports with the preparation of quotations e.g. by gathering the necessary information and calculations for quotation creation

2. Gives first level support for sales-related inbound customer inquiries

3. Follow up with customers (if delegated by Field / Inside Sales)

4. Coordinates internal inquiries and acts as interface between Field / Inside Sales and other depts (Operations or Service Functions);

5. Supports Field / Inside Sales staff with administrative tasks (e.g. office management), schedules meetings with customers, analyses data, conducts research, creates reports

6. Schedule customer meetings for field sales staff incl. travel bookings
为销售人员安排客户会议,包括预订差旅
7. Administrative support in sales campaigns, trade fairs / customer events
支持销售活动、贸易展会/客户活动等相关工作
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or science related background is preferred
具备大学本科学历,理工科专业背景优先考虑
2. 1-2 years corresponding working experience
具备1-2年销售助理等工作经验
3. Good English knowledge
英语水平良好
4. Good communication skill
良好的沟通能力
5. Working experience in medical device field is preferred
医疗器械领域的工作经验优先考虑
