Job Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.To coordinate the project process,to inform internal &external of project status.
协调项目协调进度,对内部和外部人员跟进项目状态。
2.To maintain project management database information timely.
及时并准确地维护项目管理数据库信息中的项目。
3.To create the project order. Check files consistence for project engineer. Submit for certification.
创建执照/证书草案或者确认信。为项目工程师准备文件,确保文件一致性。并提交相关证书。
4.Sending the final payment notice to client and contacting with Accounting dept. and Certification dept.
核对尾款,发送尾款通知
5.Responsible for sample in and out, ensure sample record clear and traceable.
负责样品进出,保证样品记录清晰,便于查找。
6.Support sales colleagues for business promotion activities, including seminar, fair and client maintenance
协助销售同事完成业务推广活动, 含研讨会, 展会等, 并处理客户维护的相关事宜。
7.Finish the other works arranged by Supervisor
完成其他上级布置的任务。
Job requirements 任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above
大学本科及以上学历
2.Above 1 years working experiences in related industry is a plus
1年以上相关行业工作经验者优先考虑
3.Command of written and spoken English, Proficient in MS tools especially Excel
英语良好,熟练操作Office系统,尤其是Excel
4.Good communication and presentation skill
良好的沟通和表达能力
5.Experience in event planning/organization is a plus
有活动组织经验者优先
