Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie steuern und koordinieren komplexe M&A-Transaktionen auf Käufer- und Verkäuferseite (Buy- und Sell-Side) sowie Joint-Venture-Projekte – von der Geschäftsanbahnung bis zur erfolgreichen Integration. Ihr Fokus liegt dabei auf der effizienten und präzisen Umsetzung (Deal Execution).
- ■Sie führen Unternehmensbewertungen auf Basis fundierter Finanzmodelle durch und unterstützen die Geschäftsbereiche bei der Entwicklung, Analyse und Validierung von Businessplänen.
- ■In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Berater*innen planen und steuern Sie Due-Diligence-Prozesse – und behalten dabei stets den Überblick über alle relevanten Workstreams.
- ■Mit Verhandlungsgeschick und strategischem Verständnis führen Sie eigenständig Vertragsverhandlungen (Share und Asset Deals) und gestalten die zugehörigen Transaktionsdokumente.
- ■Sie bereiten Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management vor, erstellen fundierte Stellungnahmen und entwickeln klare, umsetzbare Handlungsempfehlungen.
- ■Darüber hinaus bringen Sie Ihre Expertise bei der Entwicklung optimierter Transaktionsstrukturen und der vertraglichen Gestaltung ein.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in M&A-Projekten, idealerweise aus den Bereichen Corporate M&A, M&A-Beratung, Investment Banking, Transaction Services oder Private Equity
- ■Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzanalyse, der Plausibilisierung von Businessplänen sowie in der Bewertung von Unternehmen mit
- ■Sie haben nachweisliche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Verhandlung komplexer Sachverhalte und Verträge
- ■Sie überzeugen durch analytische Stärke, strategisches Denken und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ■Sie arbeiten gerne interdisziplinär und international – Teamarbeit und professionelle Kommunikation sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- ■Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- ■Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Einblicke in die Testing-, Inspection- and Certification-Branche (TIC) gewonnen
