We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy and business development for our Business Field Certification of Management Systems within the Business Sector People & Business Assurance across Greater China.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong client relationships in this key region.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, industry expertise, and leadership skills to manage a high-performing sales team and foster collaboration across departments.

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for the Business Field Certification of Management Systems in Greater China, aligned with global business objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, manage and motivate the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, healthcare, food, and IT. Coordinate and integrate resources from other business lines/streams to provide clients with comprehensive, end-to-end solutions tailored to their needs, fostering cross-business-line sales and delivering a one-stop service experience.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, manage key accounts on regional level.

  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and capture emerging opportunities.

  • Monitor/Optimize internal sales expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for senior management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the TIC or Technical Service industry, with experiences in management system certification (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949) will be a strong plus.

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and business development in Greater China, with deep knowledge of the regional market dynamics.

  • Strong network and established relationships with key stakeholders in relevant industries.

  • Ability to travel frequently within Greater China as required.
