Als Arbeits-, oder Betriebsmediziner*in oder Arzt/Ärztin in Weiterbildung kannst du bei uns Beruf und Privatleben sehr gut vereinbaren, denn du bist an den Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu Hause. In der Woche hast du geregelte und familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten, denn wir arbeiten nicht im Schichtdienst. Zur Erholung bieten wir dir 30 Tage Jahresurlaub sowie am 24.12. und 31.12. arbeitsfrei. Der Austausch mit unseren weiterbildungsermächtigten Fachärzt*innen sowie dem Präventionsteam des AMD bieten dir eine hochwertige Weiterbildung. Genau Deins? Komm ins Team!

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Arbeitsmediziner*in bist du für unsere Kunden erste Ansprechperson in Gesundheitsfragen und Experte*in für sicheres Arbeiten.
- ■Um unsere Kunden voranzubringen, unterweist und berätst du zu arbeitsmedizinischen Aspekten mit dem Ziel arbeitsbedingte Erkrankungen vorzubeugen und zu verhindern.
- ■Du führst sowohl in unseren modernen arbeitsmedizinischen Zentren wie auch bei unseren Kunden vor Ort Vorsorge-, Angebots- und Eignungsuntersuchungen durch und berätst diese zu den Themen Sicherheit und Gesundheit bei der Arbeit.
- ■Du unterstützt bei der Beurteilung der Arbeitsbedingungen und berätst zur Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen sowie Arbeitsabläufen oder zu Fragen des Arbeitsplatzwechsels.
- ■Du übernimmst die Gewährleistung aller im §3 ASIG festgelegten Aufgaben von Betriebsärzten*innen.
- ■Du kannst im Fall einer Weiterbildung auf unser großes Netzwerk an Ärzte*innen mit Weiterbildungsbefugnis zugreifen und wir übernehmen die Kosten der Weiterbildung während der Arbeitszeit.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Facharzt/Fachärztin für Arbeitsmedizin, Betriebsmediziner*in oder approbierter Arzt/Ärztin mit Interesse an der Weiterbildung zum Facharzt/Fachärztin für Arbeitsmedizin (unter Berücksichtigung der Voraussetzungen der jeweiligen Landesärztekammer)
- ■Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse am betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement und der Gesundheitsprävention
- ■Kundenorientiertes, strukturiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten sowie eine hohe Beratungskompetenz und Empathie
- ■Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ■Freude an der Arbeit im Innen- und Außendienst und ein Führerschein der Klasse B
