In der Rolle als Assistent*in im Bereich Betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM) bist du eine wertvolle Unterstützung für unsere bundesweite Niederlassung BEM-Plus mit etwa 30 Berater*innen sowie einem eigenen Team für das Einladungsmanagement. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Implementierung neuer Kund*innen und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos abläuft. Bei dir laufen die Fäden zusammen: Du planst und organisierst alle Schritte für den Start unserer Zusammenarbeit mit neuen Kund*innen und behältst dabei stets den Überblick. Du bist Ansprechpartner*in sowohl intern als auch extern – von A wie Auftragsanlage in unserer elektronischen BEM-Akte bis hin zur sicheren verschlüsselten Kommunikation. Genau Deins? Komm ins Team!
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du entlastest die Niederlassung proaktiv und eigenständig bei der Implementierung neuer Kund*innen durch organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben und führst auch eigenständig, natürlich mit Unterstützung, die Implementierungsgespräche.
- ■Du unterstützt unsere BEM-Berater*innen bei deren Tätigkeiten, beispielsweise durch Recherchen zu speziellen Beratungsstellen oder die Terminabklärung für eine Fallkonferenz mit dem Integrationsfachdienst.
- ■Du erstellst Statistiken und unterstützt bei den Jahresberichten sowie Dokumentationen für unsere Auftraggeber*innen. Gelegentlich bereitest du auch Präsentationen für neue Themen.
- ■Über die Assistent*in-Stelle hast du die Möglichkeit, in die Rolle der Junior BEM-Berater*in hineinzuwachsen, dabei alle unsere BEM-Prozesse kennenzulernen und prägende Erfahrungen in Schlüsselbereichen zu sammeln, um langfristig eventuell selbst als BEM-Berater*in bei uns tätig zu werden.
Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium aus dem Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement, Sozialer Arbeit, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar
- ■Souveräne Anwendung der MS-Office-Programme
- ■Hohe Organisationskompetenz sowie strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ■Professionelles und freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- ■Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und hohes Maß an Loyalität, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
- ■Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
