Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden und Auditor*innen bei organisatorischen Fragen.
  • Sie überwachen die termingerechte Durchführung von Audits gemäß den festgelegten Qualitätsstandards und Anforderungen.
  • Die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen liegt ebenfalls in Ihrem Aufgabenspektrum.
  • Als Audit Support sind Sie verantwortlich für die Anlage und Pflege relevanter Audit- und Zertifikatsdaten.
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Auditor*innen bei der Auditvorbereitung.
  • Sie sind federführend bei der Erstellung von Beauftragungen und übernehmen die Steuerung externer Auditor*innen.
  • Ergänzend erstellen Sie die Zertifikate und leisten vorbereitende Tätigkeiten zur Rechnungsstellung.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Administration oder Support, idealerweise im Audit-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Sprache in Wort und Schrift
