Ausbilder*in Berufsvorbereitung im Bereich Hotel und Gaststätte/ Gesundheit und Soziales (w/m/d)
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Führt Schulungen und Webinare für externe Kunden und/oder TR-Mitarbeiter durch.
- ■Entwickelt und bereitet Schulungsmaterialien wie Präsentationen, Handouts und Vorbereitungsunterlagen für Abschlussprüfungen vor.
- ■Bewertet die Aktualität und Effektivität von Schulungsmaßnahmen, -inhalten und -materialien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Training Manager und aufgrund von Kundenfeedback und ergreift Maßnahmen zu deren Verbesserung.
- ■Unterstützt die Vertriebsaktivitäten durch Teilnahme an (Kunden-)Veranstaltungen, Messen als technischer Ansprechpartner.
- ■Vermittelt technische Fertigkeiten und lehrt Fachtheorie, bereitet den Unterricht vor und hält ihn ab.
- ■Bereitet bei Bedarf auf die Prüfung in Fachtheorie und -praxis vor.
- ■Unterstützt und motiviert die Teilnehmer/Auszubildenden entsprechend ihren Bedürfnissen.
- ■Plant die Berufsausbildung nach dem Rahmenlehrplan und koordiniert die Durchführung intern.
- ■Wirkt ggf. bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Förderplänen oder Aktivierungsmaßnahmen mit.
- ■Dokumentiert Fehlzeiten und Verhaltensauffälligkeiten und leitet entsprechende Maßnahmen ein.
- ■Nimmt organisatorische Aufgaben bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Praktika sowie Praktikumsbesuchen und -betreuung wahr.
- ■Weitere Aufgaben im Tätigkeitsbereich.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■In Deutschland: Ausbildereignungsprüfung
- ■3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich
