Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Ausbilder*in für Kfz-Mechatroniker*innen führst du Schulungen in Präsenz und hybrider Form für die Zielgruppe in der geförderten Weiterbildung durch, um sie und dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
- ■Du vermittelst praktische Fertigkeiten und Fähigkeiten lehrst Fachtheorie gemäß des aktuellen Rahmenlehrplans, bereitest den Unterricht vor und hältst ihn ab.
- ■Du entwickelst und bereitest Schulungsmaterialien wie Präsentationen, Handouts und Vorbereitungsunterlagen für Abschlussprüfungen vor, sodass unsere Lehrlinge und Umschüler*innen für die Prüfungen in Fachtheorie und -praxis bestens vorbereitet sind.
- ■Teilnehmende unterstützt und motivierst du entsprechend ihrer Bedürfnisse, denn das Wir ist dir wichtig.
- ■Die Vertriebsaktivitäten als technische*r Ansprechpartner*in unterstützt du durch deine Teilnahme an (Kunden-) Veranstaltungen und Messen.
- ■Um mit dem Fortschritt zu gehen hast Du die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister*in Kfz-Mechatronik wünschenswert aber nicht erforderlich
- ■Nachweis einer AEVO zwingend erforderlich, erste Erfahrung im Ausbildungsbereich wünschenswert
- ■Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nutzfahrzeuge wünschenswert
- ■Bevorzugt 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich
- ■Spaß an der Weitergabe von Wissen und Können an Anfänger*innen und Berufseinsteiger*innen
