Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Ausbilder*in für Bürokaufleute gestaltest du Präsenzschulungen in der geförderten Weiterbildung und begleitest die Teilnehmenden während ihres Lernwegs.
- ■Du vermittelst praxisnahe und theoretische Inhalte auf Basis der aktuellen Ausbildungsverordnungen und Rahmenlehrpläne und bereitest deinen Unterricht strukturiert vor.
- ■Zusätzlich entwickelst du Schulungsmaterialien wie Präsentationen, Handouts und Prüfungsunterlagen und passt sie an die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmenden und die Anforderungen der Abschlussprüfungen an.
- ■Dabei unterstützt und motivierst du die Teilnehmenden individuell, förderst ihre Lernfortschritte und sorgst für eine wertschätzende und gemeinschaftliche Lernatmosphäre. Denn das Wir ist dir wichtig.
- ■Im regelmäßigen Austausch mit regionalen Ausbildungsbetrieben und Fachkolleg*innen werden Marktentwicklungen beobachtet und Lehrinhalte kontinuierlich aktualisiert.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildereignungsprüfung (AEVO)
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ■Hohe Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und pädagogischen Weiterbildung
- ■Erste Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen oder in der Arbeit mit erwachsenen Lernenden in der beruflichen Weiterbildung
