Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du planst und führst die fachpraktische und theoretische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik durch – mit modernen Materialien und Methoden.
- ■Du vermittelst praxisnah die Inhalte, die Auszubildende, Umschüler und Seminarteilnehmer*innen für ihren beruflichen Erfolg brauchen.
- ■Ob im Klassenraum, in der Werkstatt oder online – du gestaltest abwechslungsreiche Trainings und Schulungen.
- ■Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du unsere Lehrangebote weiter – fachlich wie didaktisch.
- ■Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung gehören selbstverständlich dazu.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – gerne mit Offenheit für neue Themen
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Fachgebiet
- ■Ausbildereignung (AEVO) oder die Bereitschaft, sie innerhalb von 6 Monaten zu erwerben
- ■Begeisterung dafür, Wissen verständlich und praxisnah an Lernende weiterzugeben
- ■Erweitertes Führungszeugnis erforderlich
- ■Erfahrung mit Erstausbildung und/oder Qualifizierung von Mitarbeitern wünschenswert
