Zusammenfassung
Für unser Servicezentrum suchen wir engagierte Unterstützung im Seminarservice. Die Tätigkeit eignet sich insbesondere für Werkstudierende, Rentner*innen sowie Aushilfen im Rahmen einer geringfügigen Beschäftigung auf 603-Euro-Basis.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du bist vor Ort die Ansprechperson für allgemeine Fragen, gibst Teilnehmerunterlagen, IT-Equipment und relevante Informationen aus.
- ■Du bereitest Seminarräume für Veranstaltungen vor und nach, prüfst Bestuhlung, Technik, Unterlagen und Materialbestände und sorgst für Ordnung sowie Sauberkeit in den Schulungsbereichen.
- ■Du stellst die Serviceleistungen im Seminarbereich sicher, kontrollierst und füllst Getränke sowie Verbrauchsmaterialien auf und bereitest Kaffeepausen vor bzw. betreust diese.
- ■Du unterstützt das Seminarteam bei organisatorischen Aufgaben und trägst zu einem gepflegten, kundenfreundlichen Erscheinungsbild des Standortes bei.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Empfang oder Veranstaltungsbereich sowie ein freundliches, hilfsbereites und professionelles Auftreten
- ■Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Seminaren, Schulungen oder Veranstaltungen sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit gängigem IT-Equipment und Veranstaltungstechnik. Kenntnisse in der Kontrolle und Bereitstellung von Materialien und Beständen z.B. Getränkebestand
- ■Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise. Ein gepflegtes Auftreten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Servicequalität
