Wir sind ein dynamisches Team aus Expert*innen und Projektmanager*innen mit Fokus auf die digitale Transformation von HR. Wir gestalten global die HR Digitalisierungsroadmap für den TÜV Rheinland und tragen unter anderem die funktionale Verantwortung für unser globales HR System SAP SuccessFactors. Dies umfasst neben der Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Funktionalitäten auch die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unseres Kernmoduls Employee Central sowie die Betreuung damit verbundener Veränderungen von Rollen und Prozessen.
Wir bieten Dir die Möglichkeit durch die unterschiedlichsten Projekte das Produkt SAP SuccessFactors EC besonders funktional, aber auch technisch aktiv zu gestalten und weiterzuentwickeln.
