Wir suchen eine*n erfahrene*n Digital Marketing Analytics Spezialist*in zur Verstärkung unseres Marketing-Teams. In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die datengetriebene Optimierung unserer gesamten digitalen Marketing-Aktivitäten mit Schwerpunkt auf SEA, SEO, Paid Media Social, KI-gestützter Marketing Automation und ganzheitlicher Customer Journey Analytics. Sie entwickeln aussagekräftige Analysen und Reportings, die strategische Entscheidungen unterstützen und zur kontinuierlichen Performance-Steigerung beitragen.
Aufgaben
- ■Analytics & Datenanalyse: Aufbau von Tracking-Systemen, Erstellung automatisierter Dashboards, Durchführung von A/B-Tests und Analyse der Customer Journey über alle digitalen Kanäle.
- ■SEA Performance Management: Optimierung von Google Ads und Microsoft Ads Kampagnen, ROI/ROAS-Analysen, Competitive Intelligence und Agentursteuerung.
- ■SEO Analytics: Technische Audits, Ranking- und Sichtbarkeitsanalysen, Content-Performance-Bewertung und Backlink-Strategien.
- ■Paid Social Media: Performance-Messung bei Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, Targeting-Optimierung und Cross-Channel-Attribution.
- ■KI & Marketing Automation: Analyse von Eloqua-Workflows, Predictive Analytics, Testing von KI-generierten Inhalten und ChatGPT-Prozess-Optimierung.
- ■E-Mail & CRM Analytics: Optimierung von E-Mail-Kampagnen und Automation, Lead-to-Customer-Journey-Tracking und Customer Data Platform Management.
Profil
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Statistik, Data Science oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Digital Marketing Analytics
- ■Fundierte Kenntnisse in Web-Analytics, Marketing-Attribution und KI-gestützten Marketing-Tools
- ■Erfahrung mit Marketing Automation Plattformen und Customer Data Management
- ■Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
