Aufgaben
- ■In dieser Rolle bringst du unser Marketing operativ voran und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Beratungsdienstleistungen und unsere Expertise bei den richtigen Zielgruppen ankommen.
- ■Du entwickelst Marketingkonzepte zur Lead-Generierung und setzt Kampagnen eigenständig um (SEA, SEO, GEO, Newsletter, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Content-Erstellung).
- ■Zudem unterstützt du den Unternehmenskanal und unsere Expert:innen dabei, in Social Media sichtbar zu werden.
- ■Du bringst Kanäle, Zielgruppen, Botschaften und Touchpoints zu einem stimmigen Gesamtbild zusammen, statt in Silos zu arbeiten.
- ■Des Weiteren behältst du KPIs im Blick, erstellst Reports, nutzt Daten zur Optimierung, arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Fachbereichen und Kampagnen-Management zusammen und koordinierst bei Bedarf externe Dienstleister.
Profil
- ■Marketing-Allrounder:in mit praktischer Erfahrung in Online- und Content-Marketing, insbesondere in SEO, SEA und Social Media, idealerweise im B2B- oder Beratungsumfeld; Kenntnisse in GEO von Vorteil
- ■Interesse an KI und Offenheit für den Einsatz neuer Tools und Technologien im Marketing
- ■Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Kanälen, Inhalten und Vertrieb sowie die Fähigkeit, integrierte Maßnahmen zu entwickeln
- ■Analytisches und kreatives Denken, Leidenschaft fürs Texten und ein gutes Gespür für Zielgruppenansprache
- ■Teamfähigkeit, Proaktivität, Flexibilität und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
