Als Digital Product Manager Customer Portal (m/w/d) entwickelst du unser Customer Portal in Köln strategisch weiter und optimierst seinen Betrieb. Du priorisierst die Roadmap, steuerst neue Features und arbeitest eng mit IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations und den Business Fields zusammen. Dabei behältst du Kennzahlen, Kundenerwartungen und technische Anforderungen im Blick und begleitest die Weiterentwicklung des Portals bis zum Launch.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■In dieser Rolle verantwortest du am Standort Köln die strategische Weiterentwicklung, den operativen Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Optimierung des Customer Portals.
- ■Auf Basis von Marktanalysen, Kundenfeedback und internen Anforderungen entwickelst du, priorisierst und steuerst du die Portal-Roadmap sowie alle Feature-Entwicklungen.
- ■In enger Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations und den Business Fields stellst Du die technische Umsetzung, API-Integrationen und die Anbindung relevanter Systeme wie CRM oder ERP sicher.
- ■Mithilfe von Kundentests und Performance-Kennzahlen wie Nutzungsrate, Self-Service-Quote, Kundenzufriedenheit und Conversion Rate leitest Du konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
- ■Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister, begleitest Portal-Launches mit interner Kommunikation und Change-Management und gewährleistest die Einhaltung von Datenschutz- und DSGVO-Anforderungen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Marketing, sowie über Kenntnisse in Web-Technologien, APIs, CMS-, UX- und Analytics-Tools und fließende Englischkenntnisse
- ■Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Produktmanagement, E-Commerce oder Customer-Portal-Management – idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld
- ■Fundiertes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse, Content, User Experience und Technologie, um gemeinsam überzeugende digitale Produkterlebnisse zu schaffen
- ■Erfolgreiche Entwicklung digitaler Self-Service-Lösungen oder umsatzrelevanter Kundenerlebnisse im B2B-Kontext
- ■Ausgeprägte Stärke in der bereichsübergreifenden Steuerung von Projekten mit IT, Marketing, Sales und Operations sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
