• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines using Autodesk Revit
• Ensure models are accurate, consistent, and in compliance with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and LOD levels
• Produce 2D documentation such as plans, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models
• Collaborate with MEPF, civil, and other discipline teams for clash coordination and resolution using Navisworks
• Assist in model coordination, clash detection, and design validation exercises
• Create and manage Revit families, templates, and content libraries
• Support the preparation of quantity take-offs, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models
• Update models with design revisions and ensure timely model submissions
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide input on model progress and challenges
• Conduct model audits and apply quality control procedures to ensure standards compliance
HSE
• Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities
• Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements
