Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Fachinformatiker*in IT-Support (w/m/d) administrieren Sie remote und regional gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team im 1st Level sowie teilweise im 2nd und 3rd Level eine umfassende Schulnetzumgebung an über 70 Standorten der TÜV Rheinland Akademie GmbH.
- ■Sie planen und koordinieren selbstständig Installationen, Konfigurationen und Vor-Ort-Einsätze und stellen dabei einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb in den Schulungsumgebungen sicher.
- ■Vor Ort führen Sie Entstörungen der Netzwerkinfrastruktur durch oder unterstützen Mitarbeitende bei der Fehlerbehebung, sodass Schulungen und Lernangebote zuverlässig stattfinden können.
- ■Sie verantworten die Administration aktueller Windows-Clients, den Aufbau und die Erweiterung einer strukturierten Netzwerkverkabelung sowie den Aufbau und die technische Ausstattung von IT-Schulungsräumen, während Ihr Team Endpunkte, Hosts und IT-Services kontinuierlich monitort.
- ■Virtuelle Lernsysteme für Präsenz- und Distanzunterricht werden von Ihnen betreut, und Sie übernehmen als Teil des Teams die Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Geschäftsbereichen und den relevanten Kompetenzcentern der IT.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Clientadministration von Microsoft Windows oder Azure
- ■Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Ticketsystemen im 1st, 2nd und 3rd Level
- ■Fahrerlaubnis mindestens der Klasse B für regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Einsätze
- ■Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen
