Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als ausgebildete Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit berätst du unsere Kundenunternehmen in Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes, digital und vor Ort.
- ■Du führst mit modernen, und digitalen Tools selbständig Sicherheitsbegehungen durch und unterbreitest Verbesserungsvorschläge in der Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen, Arbeitsabläufen sowie Arbeitsumgebungsbedingungen.
- ■Du erstellst und aktualisierst Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Sicherheitskonzepte und Projektpläne.
- ■Du beteiligst dich aktiv am interdisziplinären Austausch unseres Präventionsteams, denn das Wir ist dir wichtig.
- ■Du führst Unterweisungen und Schulungen eigenständig durch und motivierst zu sicherheitsgerechtem Verhalten.
Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Sicherheitstechnik sind Voraussetzung
- ■Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit ist erforderlich
- ■Ausbildung als Ingenieur*in, Meister*in, Techniker*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Kundenorientiertes, strukturiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten sowie eine hohe Beratungskompetenz
- ■Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse in einschlägigen Gesetzen, Verordnungen, technischen Regeln und Normen
- ■Freude an der Arbeit im Außendienst und ein Führerschein der Klasse B (Fahrtzeit ist Arbeitszeit)
- ■Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
