Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du führst den Dokumentenscan durch und transportierst Unterlagen zu den Straßenverkehrsämtern und zu den Autohäusern.
- ■Du bist fit im Umgang mit dem Smartphone aufgrund mobiler App.
- ■Du erledigst die Zahlung an den Ämtern sorgfältig und gewissenhaft.
- ■Du übernimmst die Abwicklung von regionalen und überregionalen Kfz-Zulassungsaufträgen – immer schnell und zuverlässig sowie du bist verantwortlich für die digitale Zulassung und Abmeldung von Fahrzeugen – mit modernen Tools, die dir das Leben erleichtern.
- ■Du bearbeitest Aufträge und verarbeitest Daten mithilfe unseres marktführenden Online-Systems
- ■Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich bei uns rundum gut aufgehoben fühlen. Dabei fungierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen Zulassungsstellen und unseren Kunden stehst du immer in engem Austausch und findest die besten Lösungen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Flexibilität (Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache)
- ■Freundlichkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und profesioneller Umgang mit Kunden
- ■Gültiger Führerschein
- ■Gute Deutschkenntnisse
