岗位描述 Job Descriptions:
■Meets and exceeds sales targets: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan. 达成并超越销售目标:根据销售计划,从新客户及现有的大中型客户中获取订单收入和营业收入。■Develops and maintains a customer focus list together with Area Sales Manager by proposing focus customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge etc. 与区域销售经理共同制定并维护重点客户清单;基于市场线索、自有商机、证书到期清单、市场行业信息等挖掘重点客户与业务机会。■Generates new leads, e.g. on fairs, and converts assigned sales leads generated by e.g. marketing or other channels. Executes customer visits and /or visits of industry events. Recovers lost customers. Acquires new customers. 开发新增销售线索(如行业展会),转化市场部及其他渠道分派的销售线索;实地拜访客户、参与行业展会,盘活流失客户、开拓新增客户。■Maintains /grows customer loyalty and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits. 通过常态化客户沟通与上门拜访,维系并提升客户粘性,稳固核心合作业务。岗位要求 Job Requirements:
■Familiar with manufacturers of industrial valves and casting & forging parts in Wenzhou and surrounding cities, with basic technical knowledge in relevant industries. 熟悉温州及周边工业阀门、铸锻件生产厂商资源,掌握该品类基础专业技术知识。■Highly self-motivated and capable of finishing tasks punctually with minimal supervision. 主观能动性强,可在少监督状态下按期完成各项工作。■Excellent sales negotiation skills and interpersonal communication capabilities. 优秀的商务谈判能力与人际交往沟通能力。■Candidates with working experience in inspection, testing and certification industry are preferred. 拥有检验检测认证相关从业经验者优先录用。■Language: Basic oral, reading and writing proficiency in English. 语言:英语基础读写及口语沟通能力。
