Job Summary

Contribute to the development of sales within the framework of the department's policy, draw up price offers, process orders, centralize and monitor the administrative management of orders from receipt to delivery to the customer.

Job Description

  • Study markets and competition
  • Conduct telephone prospecting, handle incoming requests (leads)
  • Lead sales initiatives to develop customer portfolios
  • Analyze customer needs, develop and present a solution (technical and commercial) with technical support from operational staff
  • Fill in the sales management follow-up tool (CRM)
  • Respond to customer requests
  • Follow-up and develop customer loyalty
  • Inform hierarchy in the event of difficulties (disputes, etc.) and report regularly on activity

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales or related area
  • Good knowledge in English (B1 Intermediate), fluent in area language, further language welcome but not required
  • User knowledge in MS Office, Salesforce.com
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Consultative Sales: Pronounced technical comprehension in the field / related area
  • Pronounced ability for self-motivation
  • Ability to meet deadlines without supervision
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
