Aufgaben
- ■In dieser Rolle sind Sie Teil des Führungskräfte-Teams Energie & Umwelt. Gemeinsam verantworten Sie die Budgetplanung und Budgetsteuerung für den Bereich der Luftreinhaltung mit dem Schwerpunktbereich der manuellen Emissionsüberwachung, Olfaktometrie und der Funktionsprüfung & Kalibrierung von Emissionsmesseinrichtungen für den Standort Leipzig in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Schnittstellen.
- ■Mit Ihren Ideen und Innovationen treiben Sie die Geschäftsentwicklung mit Ihrem Team voran.
- ■Ihr Team am Standort Leipzig führen Sie disziplinarisch und fachlich und steuern dabei eigenverantwortlich alle relevanten Personalthemen (z.B. Einsatzplanung) sowie die Aus- und Fortbildung der Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen. Dabei gestalten Sie eine positive Kultur geprägt von Teamgeist, Motivation und Eigenverantwortung.
- ■Den Vertrieb organisieren und strukturieren Sie gemeinsam mit unserem professionellen Vertrieb und geben diese wichtigen Impulse und Ziele. Zudem bringen Sie sich selbst aktiv in die Vertriebstätigkeit ein.
- ■Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Kundenaufträge und der damit verbundenen Liefer- und Leistungsverpflichtungen sicher.
Profil
- ■Ingenieurtechnisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Uni/TH/FH) / Bachelor / Master, z. B. der Umwelttechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Umweltingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- ■Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftreinhaltung / Umweltrecht werden erwartet sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Fachgebiet Immissionsschutz sind wünschenswert
- ■Erste Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Mitarbeiterführung ist wünschenswert, sowie Freude an der Motivation und Führung von gut ausgebildeten Akademiker/innen und Techniker/innen
- ■Akquisitionsvermögen sowie Kunden- und Wettbewerbsorientierung
- ■Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
- ■Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Führerschein der Klasse B
