Zusammenfassung
Die VTÜ Versicherungsvermittlung GmbH ist ein zentraler Bestandteil des TÜV Rheinland Konzerns und agiert als Versicherungsmakler mit Erlaubnis nach § 34d Abs. 1 GewO. Zur weiteren erfolgreichen Entwicklung unserer Gesellschaft suchen wir eine engagierte und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Geschäftsführer:in (w/m/d).
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Ihre Aufgaben – verantwortungsvoll und vielseitig
- ■Strategische und operative Führung der VTÜ innerhalb des TÜV Rheinland Konzerns unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Geschäftsprozesse eines Versicherungsmaklers.
- ■Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Versicherungsprogramme mit Fokus auf Haftpflicht-, Sach-, Cyber- und D&O-Versicherungen.
- ■Koordination der Verträge zur betrieblichen Altersversorgung, sofern diese mitarbeiterfinanziert sind.
- ■Steuerung des Mitarbeitergeschäfts im Bereich privater Versicherungen.
- ■Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines starken Netzwerks zu Konzerngesellschaften, Versicherern und externen Kooperationspartnern.
- ■Beratung der Gesellschaften der TÜV Rheinland Group zu sämtlichen Versicherungsthemen, einschließlich der Begleitung von Schadenfällen sowie der Gestaltung und Optimierung des Konzernversicherungsbereichs.
- ■Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der VTÜ-Mitarbeitenden unter Beachtung der Konzernrichtlinien.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Ihr Profil – fachlich versiert und persönlich überzeugend
- ■Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Versicherungen, oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen
- ■Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld sowie nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden, einschließlich der Nutzung moderner Kommunikationsmedien
- ■Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse im Industrie- und Technologieumfeld sowie Erfahrungen im Bereich Captive-Lösungen
- ■Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
