- ■Als IT Service Operations Manager*in (w/m/d) sind Sie für die Betreuung der Lösung Life Care Engine für die TÜV Rheinland Systeme verantwortlich. Hier spielen verschiedene IT- Bausteine eine Rolle, die zu einem umfänglichen Prozess für Arbeitsmedizin und Arbeitssicherheit integriert sind.
- ■Sie stellen den technischen Betrieb der Lösung sicher, klären weiterführende fachliche und technische Anforderungen ab, sind Hauptansprechperson im Rahmen von IT Demands und verwalten die internen und externen interdisziplinären Kommunikationen und Abstimmungen in Störungsfällen.
- ■Abstimmungen der Entwicklungsarbeiten inklusive der Dokumentation liegen genauso in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich wie die Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und der Konzeption technischer Lösungen basierend auf Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich.
- ■Sie wirken bei Projekten im Kontext von der Life Care Engine mit und stellen das Bindeglied zwischen der Entwicklung und dem Fachbereich dar, inklusive der Unterstützung während der Konzeptphase neuer Erweiterungen oder Projekte, über die technischen Prüfung nach Umsetzung bis hin zum Betrieb und Support.
- ■Mit Ihrer Expertise verantworten Sie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Service-Prozesse nach ITIL-Standards und sind darüber hinaus die Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien zuständig.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service Operations oder IT Service Management
- ■Erfahrung im Bereich der Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeption technischer Lösungen
- ■ITIL-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
- ■Für Austausch mit den internen und externen Stakeholdern sind sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse zwingend notwendig
