Zusammenfassung
Das Workplace Management stellt die Services zum Betrieb und Pflege der Workstations (Desktop, Notebook) im Konzern zur Verfügung und stellt die Plattform zur weltweiten Verwaltung der Geräte bereit.
Aufgrund der zunehmenden Anforderungen in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Sicherheit und Compliance nimmt die IT-Komplexität stetig zu. Als Folge hiervon ist es erforderlich, ein ausgereiftes Workplace Management (Desktop, Notebook) sicherzustellen. Zusätzlich ist die Weiterentwicklung sowie die Aktualisierung der Geräte zu garantieren. Hierbei muss jederzeit die Interoperabilität mit anderen Infrastrukturdiensten dauerhaft gewährleistet werden. In diesem Rahmen stellt das Workplace Management, als Teil der IT-Infrastruktur, einen der Grundpfeiler für die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und das Wachstum des Unternehmens dar.
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als IT Technology Expert*in (w/m/d) sind Sie für die Durchführung der Softwarepaketierung, Erstellung von Skripten und Tests für die effiziente und automatisiere Verteilung von Softwaresystemen zuständig.
- ■Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Mechanismen zur automatisieren Verteilung von Betriebssystemen sowie Anwendungssoftware, um eine einheitliche stabile Systemumgebung sicherzustellen gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich.
- ■Ebenso verwalten und koordinieren sie das Patch-Management.
- ■Auch die regelmäßige Evaluierung und Festlegung der Client-Architektur für Software und Hardware ist Teil Ihrer Aufgabe.
- ■Sie überwachen und führen Maßnahmen im Bereich Client Security durch, um den Schutz sensibler Unternehmensdaten zu gewährleisten.
- ■Abschließend programmieren Sie notwendige Skripte und Applikationen für den Betrieb.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in (w/m/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
- ■Mehrjährige Erfahrungen mit Softwareverteilungssystemen (Intune, Baramundi, o.ä.) und Erfahrungen in Windows Client Systemen sowie routinierter Umgang mit dem Active Directory und Windows Group Policies
- ■Kenntnisse in Client Security, Härtung der Systeme und Trend Micro und Erfahrungen mit Microsoft 365 und Entra ID
- ■Fortgeschrittene Erfahrungen beim Support von Microsoft Office, Team, OneDrive, Browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome), 3rd Party Applikationen im Rahmen der Softwareverteilung
- ■IT - Infrastrukturkenntnisse für den Betrieb einer Softwareverteilungsinfrastruktur
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
