Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager

Job Description

  • Support and improve our internal integrated management system (IMS) for quality, health and safety (HSE), data protection, and information security, helping us achieve high operational standards in all our processes.
  • Assess current IMS processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring we provide consistent quality in our services.
  • Create and update formal process descriptions and reporting standards (including KPI definition and tracking) to enhance transparency and accountability within our organization.
  • Manage, plan, and carry out internal audits to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for significant HSE incidents or quality non-conformities.
  • Oversee the quality and safety compliance of third-party contractors and partners within the IMEA region.
  • Define functional requirements for digital IMS solutions and provide subject-matter expertise during implementation.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions to raise awareness about quality management, health and safety, data protection, and information security, ensuring our employees are well-informed and engaged.
  • Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
  • Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Process requirements.

Work Experience

  • Completed studies in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Very good English (C1 Advanced).
  • Solid experience with management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 27001).
  • Experience with regional regulations (GCC, India, Africa) particularly regarding “local data protection”.
  • Experience in conducting internal or external audits.
  • Proven experience in process analysis and improvement.
  • (Nice to Have) Lean Six Sigma Certification.
  • Basic knowledge of risk analysis and project management required.
  • Intercultural competence.
  • Excellent communication skills with different stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in organizational change management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time.
