Zusammenfassung
Als Junior Fachexpert*in für intelligente Fahrzeug- und Mobilitätstechnologien (w/m/d) bist du Teil des Fachbereichs “Mobilität und Verkehrstechnologien” in unserem Segment “Forschungsmanagement”. Wir unterstützen und beraten öffentliche Stellen bei der Umsetzung ihrer politischen Aufgaben im Umfeld von Forschung und Innovation.
Zu unseren Leistungen gehören dabei Projektträgerschaften sowie Projektbegleitungsaufgaben als Auftragnehmer von Bundesministerien. Hierbei agieren wir als Schnittstelle zwischen Politik, öffentlicher Verwaltung, Wirtschaft und Wissenschaft. Unser interdisziplinäres Team bearbeitet im Fachbereich ein breites Themenspektrum von bodengebundenen Technologien, automatisiertes und vernetztes Fahren über Leichtbauthemen, maritime Schwerpunkte bis hin zu digitalen Testfeldern.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du unterstützt in der Technologie- und Projektberatung für öffentliche Forschungsförderung, insbesondere im Bereich bodengebundene Fahrzeug- und Verkehrstechnologien, und wirkst dabei in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern mit, wobei du koordinierende Teilaufgaben übernimmst.
- ■Dein Fokus liegt in den Entwicklungs- und Innovationsfeldern autonomes Fahren, software-definiertes Fahrzeug, Datenökosysteme und künstliche Intelligenz, sodass du auch als Berufseinsteiger*in aktuelle Fragestellungen und Trends in diesen Themenbereichen mitverfolgst und in die gemeinsame Arbeit einbringst.
- ■Du wirkst bei der fachlichen Analyse, Begutachtung und Begleitung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten in diesen Fachgebieten mit und trägst dazu bei, Projekte inhaltlich fundiert zu bewerten, wobei du deine Kenntnisse Schritt für Schritt vertiefst.
- ■Du recherchierst und analysierst aktuelle Trends in Forschung und Entwicklung, bereitest die Ergebnisse adressatengerecht auf und nutzt sie für Präsentationen, Stellungnahmen und den Wissenstransfer im Team.
- ■Du verfasst fachliche Stellungnahmen und Präsentationen, unterstützt bei Bedarf bei der Erstellung von Publikationen und wirkst bei der Vorbereitung, Organisation und Durchführung von Workshops, Konferenzen sowie weiteren Austauschformaten zur Verbreitung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsergebnissen mit.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder relevanter Abschluss einer vergleichbaren Disziplin; alternativ politikwissenschaftliches Studium mit Anwendungsbezug Fahrzeug und Mobilität
- ■Grundverständnis der Technologien und Herausforderungen im Bereich autonomes Fahren, zum Beispiel Sensorik, Datenverarbeitung und Fahrzeugsteuerung
- ■Erste Kenntnisse oder Studienschwerpunkte im Bereich KI-Technologien, Datenanalyse oder maschinelles Lernen, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Fahrzeug- und Mobilitätsindustrie
- ■Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten, Abschlussarbeiten oder universitäre Projekte im relevanten Themenfeld sind von Vorteil
- ■Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich und strukturiert aufzubereiten sowie analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, sich eigenständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten; Reisebereitschaft sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
