Deine Aufgaben

  • Du kümmerst dich um die debitorische Auftragsabwicklung und -fakturierung unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten Abschlusstermine.
  • Die Sicherstellung einer sach- und zeitgerechten Leistungserfassung und -abrechnung gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du übernimmst die Anlage und Pflege von Betriebsteilen und Abrechnungsmodalitäten in den geschäftsfeldbezogenen Subsystemen.
  • Für das Bestandscontrolling der zugeordneten Aufträge bist Du zuständig.
  • Du löst die Bestellungen aus und bist für die Eingangsrechnungsbearbeitung in unseren Systemen verantwortlich.

Die Stelle kann an den Standorten Leipzig oder Berlin-Schöneberg angetreten werden.

Dein Profil

  • Berufsabschluss im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
  • IT Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP, Social Media, etc.)
