  • Sie intensivieren langfristige Partnerschaften mit Entscheidungsträgern der zugewiesenen Key Accounts und sorgen durch regelmäßige, zielgerichtete Interaktionen für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • In enger Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern aus Sales und Operations erarbeiten Sie individuelle Key-Account-Strategien, Jahresmaßnahmenpläne und Umsatzziele.
  • Zudem identifizieren und realisieren Sie neue Verkaufschancen für Dienstleistungen und Produkte und stoßen die Entwicklung kundenorientierter Lösungen an.
  • Sie interagieren mit globalen Key-Account-Teams, übernehmen die Rolle des zentralen Ansprechpartners („Single Point of Contact“) und gewährleisten eine effiziente Kommunikation sowie Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten TR-Abteilungen.
  • Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie die Verhandlung von Rahmen- und Dienstleistungsverträgen, führen Kundenzufriedenheitsmessungen durch, halten CRM-Daten aktuell und erstellen fundierte, datenbasierte Analysen und Berichte.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftsnahes Studium (z. B. BWL) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Stark ausgeprägte Geschäfts- und Kundenorientierung sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Key Account Management
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten gepaart mit einem souveränen, repräsentativen Auftreten gegenüber Entscheidern
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Kundenanforderungen in tragfähige Lösungen zu übersetzen
