Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Kundenbetreuer*in koordinierst, organisierst und betreust du digitale Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen für zugeordnete Kunden, um echte Perspektiven zu schaffen.
- ■Du betreust die verwaltungstechnischen Anliegen zugeordneter Kunden der Arbeitsagenturen bzw. Jobcenter und anderer Bedarfsträger*innen.
- ■Du gewährleistest eine qualitäts- und anforderungsgerechte Dokumentation
- ■Du planst und organisiert sich anbahnende Bildungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem/der Bildungsplaner*in, denn das Wir ist dir wichtig.
- ■Du bist zuständig für die planerische Sicherstellung und Überwachung während der Umsetzung von Aus- und Weiterbildungen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■1 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, Erfahrung als Lernbegleiter oder Trainer für kaufmännische Themen
- ■Zusatzqualifikationen: Nachweis der persönlichen und fachlichen Eignung nach §§ 28 ff BBiG (Ausbildereignung)
- ■Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, eigenverantwortlicher und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise sowie sicherem Umgang mit komplexen Informationen
- ■Digitale Kompetenz mit fundierten MS Office-Kenntnissen und der Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Programme einzuarbeiten
- ■Sichere Kommunikation, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie freundliches, offenes Auftreten im persönlichen Kontakt und am Telefon
- ■Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Beitrag zu einem positiven Lernerlebnis der Teilnehmenden
