Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • In Ihrer Position als Mitarbeiter*in Disposition sind Sie für die Planung und Koordination von Terminen mit Kunden, Sachverständigen und Wartungsfirmen zuständig.
  • Sie konkretisieren fristgerechte Prüftermine, fassen diese nach und werten die fälligen Prüfungen kontinuierlich aus.
  • Die Sicherstellung der Auslastung der Sachverständigen, die Aufnahme von Kundenanfragen und Terminwünschen sowie Vorqualifizierung der Aufträge gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Zudem verantworten Sie die telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung, legen Anlagendaten an und pflegen diese.
  • Die Übernahme sonstiger anfallender administrativer Aufgaben im kaufmännischen Bereich (z.B. Digitalisierung auftragsbezogener Unterlagen) rundet Ihr Tätigkeitsprofil ab.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich (insbesondere Kundenkontakt und Personaleinsatzplanung)
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit im telefonischen Kundenkontakt, Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hohem Grad an Teamfähigkeit
  • Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP HANA wünschenswert)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, grundlegende Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
