Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Organisation infrastruktureller Dienstleis-tungen am TÜV Rheinland Campus in Köln.
- ■Sie sind Ansprechpartnerin für die Gebäudenutzer*innen in allen Fragen rund um den infrastrukturel-len Gebäudebetrieb.
- ■Sie koordinieren und überwachen externe Dienstleister (z. B. Gebäudereinigung, Sicherheitsdienste, Empfangsdienste) und stellen die Einhaltung der vereinbarten Qualitäts- und Leistungsstandards si-cher.
- ■Sie stellen die Einhaltung interner und gesetzlicher Vorgaben im Bereich infrastrukturelles Facility Management sicher.
- ■Sie wirken an der jährlichen Budgetplanung für den Bereich Infrastrukturelles Facility Management mit und unterstützen bei der Kostenkontrolle.
- ■Sie erstellen und pflegen Maßnahmenpläne zur Optimierung der Servicequalität und entwickeln Vor-schläge zur Verbesserung der Effizienz.
- ■Sie dokumentieren relevante Vorgänge, übernehmen die Nachverfolgung von Serviceaufträgen und kontrollieren regelmäßig die erbrachten Leistungen von Dienstleistern.
- ■Sie unterstützen bei der Organisation von Konferenz- und Veranstaltungsservices in Zusammenar-beit mit Dienstleistern und Nutzern.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Studium der Gebäude-/Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation als Meister oder Techniker.
- ■Erfahrung in der Wahrnehmung von Betreiberverantwortung und Facility Management
- ■Verständnis für komplexe technische und immobilienwirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
- ■Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in AVA, MS-Word, MS-Excel und MS-Project sowie in "Speedikon FM" oder vergleichbaren CAFM-Systemen.
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- ■Beruflich: 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Tätigkeitsbereich.
