Als Mitarbeiter*in Kundenbetreuung (w/m/d) planst und koordinierst Du unsere Teams aus Gesundheitsexperten optimal bei unseren Kunden. Genau Deins? Komm ins Team!

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Als Mitarbeiter*in Kundenbetreuung übernimmst Du die Terminorganisation und Routenplanung unserer Teams aus Gesundheitsexperten.
  • Du prüfst und behältst den Stand der Auftragserfüllung im Blick und dokumentierst ihn.
  • Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren Kunden und stehst in Bezug auf jegliche Rückfragen mit Ihnen im Kontakt.
  • Du nimmst allgemeine Kundenanfragen an, leitest diese weiter und gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen den Bereichen.
  • Du behältst den Überblick und steuerst auch die Terminierung von bundesweiten Kundenprojekten.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise auch Erfahrung in der Disposition
  • Organisationsgeschick, nachhaltiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs- und Teamorientierung
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit auch in hektischen Situationen stets den Überblick zu behalten
  • Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfreudigkeit und Begeisterung für die aktive Unterstützung unserer Kundenanliegen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
