Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Technical Project Specialist im Technischen Dienst Kategorie C überwachen Sie globale Auditprozesse und unterstützen das Anforderungsmanagement bei Kalkulationsfreigaben, Vollständigkeitsprüfungen und Reviews.
- ■Sie überprüfen überregional die Erfüllung benennungstechnischer Anforderungen (SNCH) an Auditprogramme.
- ■Als Ansprechpartner*in stehen Sie dem globalen Auditornetzwerk für Kalkulationen von Auditumfängen (SNCH) zur Verfügung.
- ■Sie überwachen und bewerten bei Audit-Dokumentationen die Konsistenz und Einhaltung administrativer Vorgaben unter der Berücksichtigung spezieller Anforderungen der Akkreditierungsstelle und der Benennungsstelle. (SNCH)
- ■Sie arbeiten eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, wie Auditoren, Fachbereichen, Kunden und Behörden zusammen.
- ■Sie erstellen und pflegen Projektdaten, führen Kontrollaufgaben durch und überwachen damit verbundene Akkreditierungs- und Benennungsanforderungen und übernehmen dadurch Aufgaben und Verantwortung in akkreditierungsrelevanten Prozessen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich mit Verbindung zum Automotivesektor oder abgeschlossenes Studium in einem anderen Bereich mit technischer Affinität und Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
- ■Ausgeprägte, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ■Kommunikationsstärke zur effizienten Abstimmung mit internationalen internen und externen Partnern
- ■Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Auswertung von Auditdaten und Prozessen
- ■Erfahrungen mit digitalen Werkzeugen zum Projekt- und Dokumentenmanagement
- ■Grundkenntnisse zum QM-System eines Technischen Dienstes
- ■Erste Kenntnisse:

- ■zu den genehmigungsrelevanten Anforderungen der Typprüfbehörde(n)
- ■in den Anforderungen aus EU/UNECE-Regelungen, die ein Managementsystem-Audit/Assessment betreffen, sowie Kenntnisse zu den Benennungsregeln der Typprüfbehörde (SNCH)
- ■in der Norm ISO/IEC 17021-1
und die Bereitschaft sich aktiv uns selbstständig tiefer in diese Themen einzuarbeiten.
