Ihre Aufgaben
Als Organisationsentwickler*in (m/w/d) tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Gestaltung und Optimierung unserer Unternehmensprozesse und -struktur bei. Sie sind strategisch und operativ tätig und sind in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern dafür verantwortlich, unsere Organisation im Wandel zu begleiten und die Zusammenarbeit auf allen Ebenen zu fördern. Im Detail übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- ■Entwicklung und Umsetzung von unternehmensweiten Strategien, um kontinuierliches Wachstum und nachhaltige Organisationsentwicklung sicherzustellen
- ■Durchführung von Kommunikations- und Stakeholdermanagement, um alle Beteiligten für geplante Veränderungen zu gewinnen
- ■Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozess- und Organisationsoptimierungen in bestehenden Aufbauorganisationen
- ■Konzeption und Begleitung von Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Kollaboration und Kommunikation innerhalb von Teams und Abteilungen
- ■Erstellung von zielgerichteten Projekt- und Ablaufplänen sowie deren Implementierung zur Gewährleistung einer erfolgreichen Durchführung
- ■Anpassung weiterer Aufgaben und Projekte an den Bedarf der Organisation
Ihr Profil
Sie bringen fachliche Expertise und Persönlichkeit mit, um in einem dynamischen Umfeld Veränderungsprozesse erfolgreich zu gestalten:
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Arbeits-, Betriebs- und Organisationspsychologie (ABO) oder Wirtschaftspsychologie
- ■Und/oder fundierte Erfahrungen in der Organisationsentwicklung, bzw. in der Beratung von Veränderungsprojekten
- ■Sie sind eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und freuen sich darauf, proaktiv auf Menschen zuzugehen
- ■Ihre positive Ausstrahlung und Empathie ermöglichen es Ihnen, schnell vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Kollegen, Projektteams und Stakeholdern aufzubauen
- ■Sie überzeugen durch ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten und eine lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
