Als Pädagogische*r Projektmitarbeiter*in in der beruflichen Qualifizierung und Weiterbildung (w/m/d) gestaltest du Bildungsinitiativen, inspirierst Lernende und trägst dazu bei, Menschen langfristig beruflich voranzubringen. Genau Deins? Komm ins Team!
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Bei uns coachst, berätst und unterstützt du arbeitssuchende Erwachsene mit Fokus auf berufliche Qualifizierung und Weiterbildung. Das Ziel ist klar: eine dauerhafte berufliche Eingliederung und echte Perspektiven schaffen.
- ■Du entwickelst individuelle Ressourcen, stärkst Kompetenzen und baust Barrieren ab.
- ■Du bist für Unterstützung bei Bewerbungsaktivitäten zuständig, führst Bewerbungstrainings durch und akquirierst Praktikumsplätze.
- ■Mit den Teilnehmenden erarbeitest du zudem Aktivierungs- und Eingliederungspläne und unterstützt sie bei der Umsetzung.
- ■Du arbeitest mit den Teilnehmenden, deren Arbeitsvermittlern, lokalen Unternehmen und Netzwerkpartnern zusammen und dokumentierst Anwesenheiten, Beratungsgespräche und Aktivierungspläne.
Die Stelle ist auf 12 Monate befristet.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Fachschulausbildung oder eine Meisterausbildung beziehungsweise Fachwirtausbildung sowie pädagogische Erfahrung im Bereich der Bildung, der Arbeitsvermittlung oder Sozialpädagogik
- ■Einfühlungsvermögen, Beratungskompetenz, Konfliktfähigkeit, Motivationsfähigkeit sowie Kreativität und Spaß an der Arbeit
- ■Gute Kenntnisse zum regionalen Arbeitsmarkt und sozialen Netzwerken
- ■Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse - weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil (Türkisch, Russisch oder Arabisch)
