Deine Aufgaben
- ■Du begleitest und unterstützt arbeitssuchende Jugendliche und Erwachsene in Qualifizierungs- und Weiterbildungsprojekten - praxisnah, individuell und lösungsorientiert.
- ■Du setzt deine Ausbilderkompetenzen flexibel ein, egal ob im Coaching, in Trainings oder in projektbezogenen Aufgaben.
- ■Du führst Bewerbungstrainings durch, unterstützt im beruflichen Orientierungprozess und vermittelst gezielt praxisnahe Inhalte.
- ■Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmenden realistische Aktivierungs- und Eingliederungspläne und unterstützt sie bei der Umsetzung.
- ■Du arbeitest eng mit Arbeitsvermittlern, Unternehmen und Netzwerkpartnern zusammen und dokumentierst sämtliche Projekt- und Beratungsprozesse.
- ■Du bringst dich aktiv in vielfältige Projekte ein, denkst mit, gestaltest mit und übernimmst Verantwortung in wechselnden Aufgabenbereichen.
Dein Profil
- ■Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit AEVO oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit pädagogischem Schwerpunkt bzw. eine anerkannte Weiterbildung (z. B. Fachwirt*in, Meister*in, Fachschule) - ist Voraussetzung
- ■Erfahrung in Ausbildung, Erwachsenenbildung, Coaching oder Arbeitsvermittlung
- ■Du arbeitest gern hands-on, findest kreative Lösungen und fühlst dich in wechselnden Themenfeldern wohl
- ■Empathie, Beratungskompetenz, Konfliktfähigkeit und Motivation gehören zu deinen Stärken
- ■Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und komfortabel in digitalen Arbeitsumgebungen
- ■Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
