Aufgaben

  • Gehaltsabrechnung: Verantwortung für die fristgerechte und korrekte Erstellung der Gehaltsabrechnungen für die Top-Führungskräfte(w/m/d) in verschiedenen Gesellschaften und Beschäftigungsverhältnissen.
  • Sozialversicherungswesen: Umsetzung und Überwachung der sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen sowie die Durchführung von Beitragsmeldungen.
  • Datenpflege: Pflege, Verwaltung und Administration von Personalstammdaten und Bewegungsdaten in den entsprechenden HR-Systemen.
  • Verwaltung: Administration von vertraglich relevanten Themen.
  • Beratung: Ansprechpartner (w/m/d) für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in allen Fragen rund um das Thema Gehaltsabrechnung, Sozialversicherung und arbeitsrechtliche Themen.
  • Unterstützung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit diversen internen Schnittstellen sowie weiteren HR Business Partnern und HR Abteilungen.
  • Compliance: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Vorschriften sowie Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen.
  • Die Tätigkeit erfolgt an mindestens 2-3 Tagen in unserem Office in Köln, darüber hinaus im mobilen Arbeiten.

Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Personalwesen oder Entgeltabrechnung
  • Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung und im Sozialversicherungswesen, idealerweise für Leitende Angestellte und Geschäftsführer
  • Kenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • IT-Kompetenz: Sicherer Umgang mit relevanten HR-Systemen und MS Office
  • Soft Skills: Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sehr hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert zu arbeiten
