Job Descriptions:

  • ■Create new customer ID or vendor ID and existing ID change创建新客户ID或供应商ID，并修改现有ID
  • ■Create new quotation and new order in SAP system在SAP系统中创建新报价单及新订单
  • ■Check payment and invoice with clients核对客户付款与申请发票
  • ■Exhibition/Marketing support and other sales support work展会/营销支持及其他销售辅助工作
  • ■ISC EVP monthly report and quarterly Domestic Market statistics月度报告及季度国内市场统计
  • ■Support receiving and sending out samples协助接收与寄送样品
  • ■Create PO and prepare subcontract创建采购订单并准备分包合同
  • ■Arrange the payment to subcontractors安排分包商付款
  • ■Issue official reports/certificates to clients and complete document archiving向客户出具正式报告/证书并完成文件归档
  • ■Factory audit management (quotation+time arrangement)工厂审核管理（报价+时间安排）
  • ■Track monthly EBIT and C3/A0 form, contact checking, Tracking accounts receivable (AR)控制项目坏账情况
  • ■Maintenance of fixed assets and test equipment固定资产与测试设备的维护
  • ■Calculation and entry of SR monthly, control the EBIT data计算并录入月度SR
  • ■Confirmation for long pending project monthly每月复查长期未动项目
  • ■Purchase office supplies采购办公用品
  • ■Support the application for business cards, VISA application, flights and hotels booking协助办理名片Meeting arrangement申请、签证申请、航班及酒店预订
  • ■Preparing for TCC Meeting and BF meeting, archive the meeting minutes筹备部门会议，归档会议纪要

    • Job Requirements:

  • ■Bachelor degree or above.本科或以上学历
  • ■At least 1 year of project handling experience.至少有1年项目处理的工作经验
  • ■Good communication skills, good team spirit and good pressure resistance.良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神和良好的抗压能力
  • ■Customer-oriented, independent, result-oriented and enthusiastic.以客户为导向，独立，以结果为导向，充满热情
  • ■Good command in English.良好的英语流利能力
