Job Description

  • Responsible for clarifying the project objectives and scope in consultation with the project stakeholders.
  • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and stakeholder management.
  • Develops a detailed project plan, identifies the work packages, activities and milestones necessary to successfully implement the project.
  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
  • Determines measures to evaluate the project results.
  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
  • Is responsible for project controlling / project status tracking and the final report, including the preparation of presentations and status reports.
  • Establishes a communication concept to ensure information flows between all project participants.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate).
  • GPMS Standard.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in related area.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager.
