Aufgaben
- ■Sie entwickeln und leiten strategische Vertriebsprojekte mit klar definierten Zielen, Ressourcen und Zeitplänen und setzen dabei Wasserfall- und Agile-Projektmanagementmethoden ein.
- ■Bereichsübergreifende Teams steuern Sie zielführend und fördern die Zusammenarbeit und stellen sicher, dass alle Teammitglieder ihre Rollen und Verantwortungen verstehen.
- ■Sie sind Schnittstellenfunktion zu anderen Abteilungen, einschließlich Business Development, Operations, Corporate Sales und Strategie.
- ■Sie unterstützen die inhaltliche Entwicklung und Implementierung von Vertriebsstrategien für verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche im nationalen Kontext.
- ■Darüber hinaus konzipieren und implementieren Sie standardisierte Vertriebsplanungs- und -controllingverfahren sowie Pricing.
- ■Sie arbeiten an der Entwicklung und Implementierung von regionalen Go-to-Market-Strategien mit.
- ■Des Weiteren fungieren Sie als Sparringspartner für das Sales Management, um die Vertriebsleistung zu steigern.
- ■Sie leiten Workshops, führen Umfragen durch und analysieren datengestützte Ergebnisse, um Verbesserungspotenziale in Vertriebsprozessen zu identifizieren und zu optimieren.
Profil
- ■Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Studiengang
- ■Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Vertrieb, bevorzugt in einem internationalen Umfeld
- ■Solides Fachwissen in den Bereichen Projektmanagement und Vertrieb
- ■Erste Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von strategischen Vertriebsprojekten, u.a. Vertriebsplanung, Vertriebsleistung
- ■Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
- ■Ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenzen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- ■Reisebereitschaft im nationalen Kontext (<25%)
