Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■In deiner Rolle als Projektmanager*in Qualifizierungsnetzwerk Lausitz (w/m/d) setzt du die Projektziele konsequent um und sorgst für eine strukturierte Steuerung aller Projektaktivitäten.
- ■Du stellst sicher, dass Qualitätsanforderungen, Zeitpläne und Budgetvorgaben eingehalten werden und behältst den Projektfortschritt mithilfe eines kontinuierlichen Monitorings im Blick.
- ■Gemeinsam mit Unternehmen, Bildungsanbietern, Kammern und weiteren Institutionen der beruflichen Weiterbildung baust du ein Qualifizierungsnetzwerk auf, pflegst bestehende Kooperationen und entwickelst diese strategisch weiter.
- ■Du stimmst dich eng mit den Projektpartnern ab, klärst Projektziele und Projektumfang mit den Beteiligten und stellst durch ein durchdachtes Kommunikationskonzept den Informationsfluss zwischen allen Stakeholdern sicher.
- ■Auf Basis eines detaillierten Projektplans koordinierst du die Projektplanung, das Ressourcemanagement, die Personalbesetzung, das Management von Lieferungen und Unteraufträgen sowie die Fortschrittsberichterstattung und verantwortest Projektcontrolling, Statusverfolgung und Abschlussbericht inklusive Präsentationen und Statusberichten.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Bildungsmanagement, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Erwachsenenbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Bildungs- und Qualifizierungsprojekten, idealerweise mit Fördermittel- oder EU-Bezug
- ■Grundverständnis für Future Skills und innovative Weiterbildungsansätze sowie Erfahrung in deren praktischer Umsetzung
- ■3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsbereich, davon mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager*in, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Arbeiten nach GPMS-Standards
- ■Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2) in Wort und Schrift
