Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Als Prüfingenieur*in planen Sie eigenverantwortlich sowohl optische als auch mechanische Prüfungen an Augenschutzgeräten (z.B. Schutzbrillen, Sonnenbrillen oder Schweißerhelmen) nach den Vorgaben der geltenden Prüfnormen unter Einhaltung der DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
  • In Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich liegt die gewissenhafte Auswertung der Prüfergebnisse und Produktdokumentationen gemäß der Normanforderungen und Erstellung der Prüfberichte.
  • Sie entwickeln und bauen selbständig Prüfeinrichtungen für die Verwendung im Prüflabor und kümmern sich um Instandhaltungen und Reparaturen der Prüfgeräte.
  • Ihr Aufgabenprofil umfasst ebenfalls das Auditieren der Hersteller (national und international).
  • Sie arbeiten je nach Projekt/Prüfplan selbständig oder auch gemeinsam mit Ihren Teamkollegen.
  • Sie entscheiden eigenständig über die Gestaltung Ihres Arbeitsalltages, mit Blick auf die jeweilige Terminierung Ihrer Projekte.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes ingenieurtechnisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Physik, Optik, Messtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem physikalischen/mechanischen/optischen Labor
  • Kenntnisse über die Bedienung von elektrischen, mechanischen und optischen Messgeräten
  • Kenntnisse zur Ermittlung und Bewertung der Messunsicherheit bei mechanischen, elektrischen / elektronischen und optischen Prüfverfahren wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, große Eigeninitiative gepaart mit der Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Themengebiete zur Erweiterung des eigenen Wissenshorizonts
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
