Aufgaben
- ■Du bist verantwortlich für die Partnergewinnung, -betreuung, -entwicklung und -bindung in der Region Nord (Niedersachsen, Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg und Bremen). Dabei liegt Dein besonderes Augenmerk auf der Schaffung einer ausgezeichneten Franchisenehmer*innen-Bindung und der Generierung eines nachhaltigen, profitablen Partnerwachstums.
- ■Du berätst Franchisepartner kompetent zu den etablierten FSP-Leistungs- und Konditionenmodellen und sicherst deren langfristigen Erfolg.
- ■Als Markenbotschafter*in agierst Du vorbildlich in der Einhaltung von Compliance- und Governance-Regeln des Konzerns.
- ■Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Erreichung von Geschäfts- und Finanzzielen (insbesondere KPIs) sowie Operational Excellence und Servicequalität. Gleichzeitig legst Du Wert auf eine hohe Zufriedenheit sowohl bei Partnern als auch bei Endkunden.
- ■Gemeinsam mit dem Local Field Management analysierst und koordinierst Du die Kohärenz zwischen verschiedenen Märkten und Dienstleistungen und setzt entsprechende Maßnahmen um.
- ■Die disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden aus dem Partnerservice fällt ebenso in Deinen Verantwortungsbereich wie die dienstleistungsorientierte Betreuung der Kunden und Partner.
- ■Du setzt operative Maßnahmen um, die aus den Vorgaben der Geschäftsleitung sowie den regionalen Aktionsplänen abgeleitet werden.
Profil
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbare umfassende kaufmännische Erfahrung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Managementfunktionen im Dienstleistungssektor, idealerweise im Automotive-Markt
- ■Erfahrungen im Bereich Franchise oder als selbstständige*r Kaufmann/Kauffrau (m/w/d) sind von Vorteil
- ■Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und kostenbewusstes Denken, verbunden mit einem starken Urteils- und Entscheidungsvermögen
- ■Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Menschenkenntnis und Eigeninitiative in Kombination mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- ■Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und ein kooperativer, teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
- ■Freude und Bereitschaft, im Außendienst innerhalb der Region Nord tätig zu sein
