Tätigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Teilnehmenden individuell bei persönlichen, sozialen und beruflichen Herausforderungen.
- ■Du begleitest den Weg in Ausbildung und Beschäftigung und unterstützt durch aktive Netzwerk- und Integrationsarbeit.
- ■Entwicklung individueller Förder- und Integrationspläne, Vereinbarung gemeinsamer Ziele und Vorbereitung der Dokumentation gehören zu deinen Aufgaben.
- ■Du unterstützt die Vermittlung in Praktika, betriebliche Erprobungen sowie sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigungsverhältnisse.
- ■Wichtige Ansprechperson für Angehörige, Lehrkräfte, Arbeitsvermittler*innen und weitere Beteiligte, insbesondere in herausfordernden Situationen.
Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit oder Sonderpädagogik
- ■Alternativ eine Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannter Erzieheri*n, Heilerziehungspfleger*in, Arbeitserzieher*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Zusatzqualifikation
- ■Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen, ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, Vertrauen aufzubauen
- ■Kommunikationsstärke, Geduld und ein wertschätzender Umgana mit unterschiedlichen Lebensrealitäten
- ■Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
- ■Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses ist erforderlich
