Specialist Accreditation & Certification Support

Job Description

  • Depending on the Business Stream the position holder performs some or all of the following tasks:
  • Supports the accreditation and certification process:
    • Administrates contracts, accreditation / approval certificates, branch and witness audit reports (including review) and updates the database.
    • Coordinates and prepares branch and witness audits
    • Plans, coordinates, follows-up, formal / technical testing and evaluation of internal audits within the accreditation / approval area
  • Performs commercial tasks in cost monitoring and controlling.
  • Performs tasks required from the accreditation body.
    • Organizes exchanges of experience and training
    • Escalation monitoring of the accredited procedures (except TS)
    • Follows-up of suspended proceedings
    • Administrates documents / document control.

Experience & Further Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
