Assists staff by providing support with administrative, organisational and technical tasks under supervision. Works part-time or in case of internship fulltime while studying at a university/ college.
Job Description
- ■Assists staff/ project teams with organisational and administrative tasks e.g. scheduling meetings, booking rooms etc.
- ■Uses business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to create/ prepare reports, presentations or other documents directed by a superior.
- ■Completes less complex technical tasks under supervision according to the related field of study.
- ■Other duties as assigned.

- ■No previous professional experience required.
